Facilities & Events

A completed event form is required to host an event at or within Fellowship North. Forms should be submitted online at least two weeks before the date of the event or the start of communication for the event. The staff will review any forms received and communicate with the person who submitted the request. 

For Fellowship North ministry events, if any communication to our community is desired, please be sure to be as detailed as possible on the specific questions that we'll need answered to promote it! Also, if needed, you can resubmit the form after your event is approved with all the communication details added. Please make sure to have those re-submitted a least a full week (7 days) before you need anything promoted or communicated as this way (hopefully) nothing will slip through the cracks! Thank you!
